Créé à la main is a design and engraving studio based in Connecticut, where every piece is designed, engraved, and assembled in house. Our studio is equipped to support a wide range of materials, formats, and production needs while maintaining consistency and refinement across every project.

We work with events, brands, and relationship driven professionals who value thoughtful execution, dependable delivery, and work that arrives finished and ready to present or install.

Studio Capabilities

Our studio is built to support both highly curated pieces and larger, multi piece projects. We operate professional grade CO₂ laser systems capable of deep, consistent engraving across hardwoods, acrylic, leather, glass, and coated metals. This allows us to control depth, clarity, and finish depending on the demands of each material and application.

We also maintain rotary engraving capabilities, allowing us to engrave cylindrical and rounded objects such as glassware, bottles, barware, and select metal pieces with precision and alignment.

All design preparation, engraving, finishing, and assembly are handled in house, allowing projects to be refined with context and intent rather than passed between vendors.

Materials We Work With

Our studio regularly engraves and produces work using:

  • Hardwoods including cutting boards, serving boards, coasters, keepsakes, and presentation pieces

  • Glass including barware, drinkware, bottles, and display glass

  • Leather including journals, tags, folios, and accessories

  • Acrylic including signage, plaques, and modern display pieces

  • Metal including coated and treated metals used for signage, tags, plaques, and branded elements

  • Signs and Custom Objects including purpose built pieces for events, gifting programs, and environments

Material selection is guided by how each piece will be used, handled, and experienced over time. All wooden boards are sourced from North America, with additional materials selected carefully based on project requirements.
