Créé à la main is first and foremost a studio focused on custom work for events, brands, real estate professionals, and private clients. From time to time, we make a small selection of studio-made pieces available outside of commissioned projects.
Studio Retail also serves as a place where we explore new ideas, materials, and formats. Many retail pieces begin as studio studies, allowing us to test and refine concepts before they find their way into larger projects.
A Limited Offering by Design
Studio Retail is intentionally restrained. Items offered here are not customizable and are not produced on demand. They are created in small runs, often alongside or between studio projects, and reflect work that feels complete while still allowing room for experimentation.
Availability changes regularly, and not every studio concept is released through retail.
A Place to Explore and Refine
The retail environment allows us to work more freely, experimenting with scale, form, and use. Some pieces remain one-offs, while others inform future studio commissions for events, homes, or client relationships.
This process keeps our studio work evolving while maintaining the same standards of material quality and execution.
Ordering & Fulfillment
For simplicity and reliability, all retail purchases are handled through our Etsy shop. Etsy provides a streamlined checkout experience, secure payment processing, and order tracking, allowing us to keep our primary website focused on studio-led work rather than transactions.

Rooted in Redding, Connecticut
Créé à la main is proudly based in Redding, where all work is designed, engraved, and assembled in-house. Studio retail pieces are produced with the same care and attention as our commissioned projects, reflecting the materials and sensibility that define our work.
